Privacy Policy

Short version: the colour tools run entirely in your browser and nothing you enter is sent to us.

Before you publish

Every statement here describes how the site behaves as built, not a template. That makes it accurate today and fragile tomorrow: the first analytics script, advertising tag or working contact form will contradict something below. Have it reviewed by someone qualified in your jurisdiction, and name a data controller before launch.

The colour tools #

Every conversion on this site is calculated by JavaScript running in your own browser. Colour values you type or pick are never transmitted to our servers, and we have no record of them. This is a consequence of how the tools are built rather than a policy commitment we could quietly reverse.

What we collect #

As drafted, this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which typically include IP address, browser type and requested page, retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics.

If you add analytics before launch, describe it here specifically: which tool, what it records, how long it is kept, and your lawful basis. If it sets cookies, you will also need a consent mechanism in the UK and EU.

Contact form #

The contact form is not currently connected to a handler. Once it is, this section must state where messages are sent, who can read them and how long they are kept.

Third-party content #

The site loads no third-party fonts, scripts or embeds. Typography uses fonts already installed on your device, which means no requests are made to any external service when you load a page.

Your rights #

If you are in the UK or EU, data protection law gives you rights over personal data held about you, including access, correction and erasure. Since we do not currently hold personal data beyond server logs, there is usually nothing to act on, but you can make a request at any time.
